PYTOBOT SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.
This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Pytobot, a corporation ("Licensor"), for the use of the Pytobot software (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1.1 Scope of License: Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one device for personal or commercial use.
2.1 What You Can't Do: You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software. Also, you can't transfer your rights to the Software to anyone else.
3.1 Who Owns What: Licensor owns all rights, titles, and interests in the Software, including
4.1 As-Is Software: The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee it will be suitable for your specific needs or free from errors.
5.1 Our Limits: Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Software.
6.1 Data Collection: By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that Licensor may collect and use data entered into the Software for the purpose of improving the Software and user experience.
7.1 Ending the Agreement: This Agreement is effective until terminated. You can end it by uninstalling the Software. We can end it if you violate any terms.
8.1 What Laws Apply: This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York, United States.
IN INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
